Staff signs in, checks problems, resolves and replies with comment.

Owners are able to select competitors in local area and compare their performance with their own over time.

Review scans are automated and periodical, hotel owners gets notifications by email on new reviews. Upon registration they may get trial period and then use PayPal for recurring service payments.
